The Nuremberg Code (1947)

In this day and age where discussions of forced vaccinations loom large, this should hopefully serve as something of a reminder exactly why such practices are prohibited and how they have been abused in the past at great cost to humanity. This is the complete text of the Nuremberg Code regarding medical experimentation, such as that which has been considered with untested and unproven vaccinations, or even vaccinations which have not been fully tested. It is also good to remember that in the USA alone, roughly 125,000 people die each year from FDA approved, properly prescribed and properly ingested legal medications. How much more so with the vaccines? Even Bill Gates has conceded that the current Moderna Vaccine has an adverse reaction in roughly 80% of those who have received it so far. Such numbers put the potential cure at far higher rates than the actual coronavirus infection.

Permissible Medical Experiments

The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:

Welcome to the American Spring

First we had a taxpayer funded, Obama driven Arab Spring. Look around you in these united States today and what do you see if not a carbon copy of the Arab Spring right here in the USA? What is all the current madness if not a blatant attempt to normalize and institute a more Marxist form of governance here in these united States?

What are we seeing if not The American Spring?

On Thomas Jefferson and Slavery

It is often noted that Thomas Jefferson owned slaves, and in fact, seemed to have certain proclivities and more than just a passing interest in dark-skinned females. Indeed, he seemed to have fathered at least one child through a female slave, though by most accounts, likely more than just one. So how can anyone say he was a “just man” or even a “good man”? How does his action reflect his beliefs? There seems to be a contradiction here, but in reality, what is lacking is little more than a serious lack of historical knowledge and reality.

In the original draft of the Declaration of Independence, Jefferson wrote the following words. While they were ultimately removed from the Declaration of Independence, it is important to understand the motivation behind them. Only then can we begin to understand the mindset of Jefferson and look into more of his personal and financial affairs and determine why he was and remained a slaveholder.

Word of the Day – Attorney

I am taking a little different approach here insofar as I am using three different sets of definitions for a series of job descriptions. Rather than merely depending on Black's Law Fourth Edition as I normally do, this article will include standard accepted definitions of key job titles and their root words, the same from the Oxford Law Library and the same again reverting back to Black's Law.

In this way, perhaps the reader will have a better opportunity to understand the nuances of the “legal” and “judicial” systems that are … by and large, organizations of finance and control with any and all judicious pursuits being a distant requisite for any work they do.

Why We Should Not Censor Idiots

Idjits gonna idj. That is just a fact of life. I work with one person in particular who has no capacity to think on their own. The only thing they can figure out to do is to do exactly what they are told by the bosses. In its own right, this is a good thing, and this is by all rights, an excellent employee that is very dependable in their job duties.

The irony in this particular case, is that this person honestly believes these attributes make them incredibly brilliant and capable. Granted, they are exceptionally good at their job. However, there is no indication that this person has any capacity for functioning within any management position.

The funny thing, in this particular case, is that their inability to actively engage in cognitive thought processing leads them to believe that they do indeed have an exceptional capacity for cognitive thought processing.

In other cases, this is far from funny, as is amply demonstrated in the societal madness currently underway in these united States.

Should kids living in the neighborhood be exposed to this or should events like this be held in more private venues?

When I was a kid, we had a saying, though in all honesty, I suppose it was as much of a taunt as a saying … it went like this; “Sticks and stones may break my bones but names can never hurt me!” In short, it meant that if the best argument you could muster up was an ad hominem attack, go back to the playground sandbox where you belong.

The only way to resolve differences is to establish common ground, start with that and then proceed until no further compromise is socially acceptable. This method has long been employed in order to develop social standards and norms … the social fabric that allows for and creates those rules by which society has, by and large at least, agreed to live within.

There have been countless examples where, for the most part, these have worked very well. There have also been numerous examples wherein these have been used to institute and legalize egregious oppression. What we are currently seeing, are hitherto unprecedented levels of forced compromise in order to appease the mere fringes.

What Lesson Is Learned From the Book of Job

A lot of people often wonder how such bad things could possibly happen to such “good” people.

Apart from the whole “good1” thing, let us take a look at some of what goes on in the world around us.

For all intents and purposes, Job was a good man. We see this by reading the book of Job and in the beginning and for the longest of time, Job prospered … even in the present system that we live in.

That is not to say that he prospered in the present day, only that he did very well for himself in this world until such a time as God turned the devil loose on him to destroy anything but his life/soul.

What Are Natural Law, Common Law and Corporate Law

This article is not meant to be a comprehensive break down of the law or the many perversions of the law, but rather a look at just how convoluted the law has become. Despite what many people may believe, the laws of this land are arbitrarily enforced and what passes for law, often is not by any legal definition, any kind of law at alli.

Biblical Reflections

Many people today confess to be “Christians” and follow the teachings of the Bible. Yet still we have wars, we have nations proclaiming superiority over other nations and individuals claiming to be better than other individuals.

We have some people who claim to be “Better Christians” than others. There are many arguments and even wars fought over who is right and who is wrong. Thus, out of my own curiosity and belief in philosophies, I studied the Bible to see what it says in regards to these matters. Please note that I have included only what is written in the Bible.

The examples I give are all relatively generic and do not point to any one institution or person. They are given as broad examples and should not be taken as a personal attack on anyone, though as is inevitable when the topic of religion comes up, I know that they will be. I shall refrain from making any personal decisions or expressing my own opinion. I shall leave the readers to ponder these questions and seek out the truth on their own behalf.

Did You Ever Miss Your Television

When I was a small kid, we never had a television set. I am guessing, looking back, that this was probably a good thing as we had to go outside, use our imaginations and make up our own entertainment as we went along. We had plenty of music to help us pass the time, including a radio and even what passed for our own versions of CDs back in the day, though if I ever go talking about those old eight tracks, somebody may get the wrong impression and start thinking I am getting old … and I just will not have that.

Still, we never really had the chance to know what we were missing, so all things being equal, we never missed television all that much.
