How to Make Genuine Artificial Kenny Rogers Roasters Corn Muffins

Okay, I do have my favorite recipe for cornbread and this is not it, but this is still a great recipe. I personally prefer the chicken but I have always been something of a chicken connoisseur.

Genuine Artificial Kenny Rogers Roasters Corn Muffins

How to Make Genuine Artificial Kenny Rogers Roasters Corn MuffinsPREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º Fahrenheit.

  2. Use a whisk and mix together the butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Stir the flour and cornmeal together in a separate bowl, mixing them thoroughly.

  4. Mix the flour and cornmeal mix and the milk slowly into the large bowl used to whisk the first ingredients together.

  5. Add the corn slowly into the mix, using a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula so as not to break up the corn kernels any more than necessary, working it thoroughly into the mix.

BAKING:

  1. Use the muffin pan desired for the preferred size of your Genuine Artificial Kenny Rogers Roasters Corn Muffins and butter or grease the pan. (We prefer using cream butter but some people prefer other methods)

  2. Bake the muffins for approximately 20 minutes at 400º Fahrenheit or until the muffins begin to brown. (Remember, they will continue cooking in the pan even after being removed from the oven at such a high temperature)
