Using Fresh Wasabi or Horseradish – Preparations

Using a pulse blender, blend the Horseradish or Wasabi while pouring in the heavy whipping cream until it tastes right for your preferences and is the same consistency as the mayonnaise.

Using Horseradish Cream – Preparations

Using a pulse blender, blend the mayonnaise, horseradish cream and sugar until smooth.

It should be noted that some people have noted the sauce going bad after two to three weeks and some have reported having issues with freezing this sauce. We would recommend just sealing and refrigerating and then using as desired, but checking it before you use it.
